  • Every review is checked by our team before it appears. We remove reviews that are fake, written by the clinic or its competitors, paid for, abusive, or that contain anyone's health or private information.
  • We do not edit reviews, and we do not remove reviews only because they are negative.
  • Clinics can post one public response to each review.
  • Anyone can report a review that breaks these rules.
  • Reviews and ratings never affect search ranking, and clinics cannot pay to remove or hide them.
