We separate two questions: who runs a listing and what a clinic's professionals are qualified to do. Answering one never answers the other.

Badges and what they mean

Business claimed
Someone at the clinic asked to manage the listing and our team approved it, usually after calling the clinic's listed phone number. It does not mean we checked any clinical qualification.
Contact information confirmed
Our team called the listed phone number and confirmed the clinic's name, address and phone. Shown for 12 months after the call.
Professional designation verified
We checked a clinician's designation (for example a registry listing) against the official source and recorded the date and source. Clinics cannot set this themselves. Shown while the record is current and checked within the last 12 months.
License verified
We checked a clinician's professional license with the state licensing board and it was active. Shown for 12 months after the check.
Pricing confirmed by provider
The clinic itself entered or confirmed its prices in its account within the last 12 months. We do not set prices; confirm the price when you book.

We do not award general "certified" or "top provider" badges. Information a clinic adds itself is labeled as reported by the clinic.

Data sources

Listings come from public records, official registries, information clinics provide, and our own checks. Each profile shows its sources and the date it was last verified.

Corrections

See something wrong? Use "Report incorrect information" on the clinic's page, or contact us. Clinics can claim their listing to update it directly.
